Stage 0: Strategic Definition:

 

Initial consultation

View the property

Defines the project requirement

Briefly asses the feasibility.

 

Stage 1: Preparation and Briefing:

Develops the project brief

Project understanding.and programme

Dimensioned survey to assist concept sketches

 

Stage 2: Concept Design:

Creates initial design concepts [options]

Initial cost estimates.

Development risk register

Stage 3: Spatial Coordination:

Develops the spatial design

often used for planning applications).

 

Stage 4: Technical Design:

Produces final technical specifications

Produce detail drawings.

 

Stage 5: Construction:

Covers the actual construction of the building.

Contract administration

On site inspections

Design development if required

 

Stage 6: Handover:

 

Involves inspection

Final certification

Building occupation

​Our fees are generally based on construction value/complexity of the project - ideally we prefer to meet the client[s] at Stage 0 and property to understand exactly what each project may involve.
